Bien sûr, l'appartement est en tous points conforme à l'image donnée. On en apprécie le confort irréprochable, le cadre verdoyant et le calme, ce qui représente une bonne fondation à l'édification de vacances réussies. Mais il faut y ajouter l'hospitalité de Christiane et Alexandre S. et ce n'est pas un vain mot. En partant, on a l'impression de quitter des amis de toujours et on n'a qu'une envie, leur dire "à bientôt"!"

"Tout d'abord, merci à Mr et Mme S.pour leur grande gentillesse. Deux personnes très gentilles qui nous ont fait profiter de leur jardin et de leurs fruits et légumes (de très bonnes tomates et figues que je n'oublierai pas de sitôt!!). Très discrètes également mais toujours disponibles si on a besoin d'eux pour un conseil ou tout autre renseignement concernant la région. Très belle piscine, agréable : on ne voudrait plus la quitter, lorsqu'on est dedans et qu'on a vue sur les collines d'en face. Très bel appartement (conforme au descrptif et photos), propre, très bien équipé ( TV, DVD,...), belle cuisine bien équipée également, un grand lit (180cm ),... Tout est fait pour passer de confortables vacances. Très agréable aussi déjeuner sur la terrasse ensoleillée le matin. L'endroit est calme, reposant, éloigné des villages mais néanmoins vite accessibles en voiture ( 5 min pour aller à Valbonne par exemple ). Commerces nombreux dans la région et de très belles choses à découvrir et à sentir ( les parfums de Grasse,...). Encore merci aux proprétaires pour leur accueil et leur gentillesse. "Un lieu où il fait bon vivre. Nous recommandons vivement la location proposée par Mr et Madame Spapperi: le cadre est enchanteur: quel bonheur le matin de prendre son petit-déjeuner à la terrasse ( véritable Solarium, inondé de soleil ) , avec vue imprenable sur les collines , dans l'air vivifiant d'une nature magnifique et abondante. La propriété de Mr et Madame Spapperi est de toutes beauté: le jardin est magnifique, riche en arbre fruitier. La piscine est très belle également, et cela doit être un bonheur que de s'y baigner, les beaux jours venus. Quand à l'appartement lui-même: rien à redire: tout est impeccable très moderne et confortable. C'est vraiment une prestation de très bonne qualité. Nous avons passé un séjour très reposant, et cette prestation facilite vraiment le repos et la détente: on y dort très bien , il n'y a pas un bruit, si ce n'est le chant des petits oiseaux le matin, pour vous tirer du lit ). En plus de cela tout le confort moderne est à disposition: Télé, DVD, cuisine équipée grandiose. Pour les dames, ce sera un vrai plaisir de mijoter de bons petits plats à leur mari. Concernant les activités extérieures, c'est le top aussi: il y a un terrain de golf merveilleux à proximité, et également une ferme qui vend sa production locale, à 5 minutes. Et bien sur, à quelques Km de là, il y a Grasse ( connue pour ses parfums ), Biot ( connue pour ses ateliers de fabrication de verres et céramiques: un régal ), Cannes, Antibes, Nice, etc. En toute sincérité, nous recommandons cette location, dans laquelle nous nous sommes sentis bien dès la première minute, jusqu'à la fin, avec l'espoir d'y revenir très prochainement. Bravo à Mr et Madame Spapperi pour leur professionnalisme, leur accueil chaleureux et leur gentillesse."

Notre séjour à Chateauneuf nous a vraiment laissé de magnifiques souvenirs ! L'accueil a d'abord été très chaleureux. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques (apéritif offert ainsi que d'excellents fruits et légumes de son potager) et n'hésitent pas à donner des idées et des conseils pour des excursions (M. Spapperi a d'ailleurs des connaissances géographiques et historiques impressionnantes sur la région !). L'appartement est comme neuf et rien ne manque (le lit est vraiment spacieux et confortable). La vue sur les collines depuis le solarium est très jolie. On a apprécié le calme et la tranquillité de l'endroit sans toutefois être trop loin des principaux lieux touristiques. Il est de plus bien agréable d'aller se détendre dans la piscine en fin de journée (piscine très bien entretenue d'ailleurs). Le seul petit reproche que l'on pourrait faire concerne la route d'accès à la villa (un peu difficile) mais c'est un détail vite oublié... En résumé : un vrai petit paradis que nous recommandons vivement !
